What Your Moving Plan Includes
Your Easy as™ Moving Plan covers your complete door to door service — professional packing, wrapping, inventory, removal from your home, container loading, sea freight, Australian customs and biosecurity clearance, and final delivery to your new Australian address including unwrapping, placement, and waste removal.
What you see is what the service covers. If you want to add marine insurance or storage, we'll include those as clear line items so you can see exactly what you're getting and what it costs.

Can the Moving Plan Change?
Yes — and here's why that's actually good news for you.
Your initial Moving Plan is based on your estimated volume. But on collection day, our team does a remeasure of your actual shipment. And here's the part that matters: we only charge you for the volume we actually ship — not the estimate.
If your shipment is smaller than expected, your final cost goes down. If it's larger, we'll discuss that with you before anything changes. Either way, you're never paying for space you didn't use.
This is how we think the process should work — and in our experience, it's not how everyone does it.
