At Your Home in New Zealand

Professional Packing

Our team professionally packs every box using industry-grade materials. Nothing is left to chance — every item is packed to the standard required for sea freight and marine insurance.

Professional Wrapping of Furniture

Every piece of furniture is wrapped in professional blankets before it leaves your home. Fragile and high-value items receive specialist treatment.

Full Inventory and Labelling

As we pack, we create a complete, itemised inventory of everything in your shipment. Every box and item is tagged and labelled. This inventory forms the basis of your Australian customs declaration and is your personal record of everything that left your home.

Removal from Your Home

Once everything is packed and inventoried, our team loads it all onto our truck and removes it from your property. All we ask is that there's reasonable access to your home on collection day.

Container Loading and Port Delivery

Your belongings are transported to our depot, loaded into your container — shared or dedicated depending on your move size — and delivered to the port ready for sailing.

Export Documentation

We prepare all required export documentation, including your B534 Unaccompanied Personal Effects declaration. You don't need to navigate the paperwork — we handle it.

Across the Tasman

Your shipment travels by sea freight to Australia in a shared or full container depending on what you're moving. LCL shipments sail on a regular fortnightly schedule from Auckland. FCL shipments sail as a dedicated container.

Door to door transit time is approximately four to six weeks for east coast destinations — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. Allow a little extra time for Adelaide and Perth.

At Your New Home in Australia

Port to Depot

Once your container arrives in Australia, it's transported from the port to our Australian depot for unloading and processing.

Customs and Quarantine Clearances

We manage the entire Australian customs and biosecurity clearance process on your behalf — coordinating with the Australian Border Force and DAFF, submitting your documentation, and handling any required inspections.

Quarantine Inspection Fees

If DAFF requires a physical inspection of your shipment, those fees are included in your service. No unexpected bills at the border.

Final Delivery to Your Door

Once cleared, your belongings are delivered to your new Australian address by our local delivery team.

Unwrapping, Placement, and Waste Removal

This is the part that surprises most people — and it's one of our favourite parts of the job. On delivery day, our team doesn't just drop boxes at the door. We unwrap your furniture, place items where you want them, and remove all the packaging waste when we leave.
