1. Can you move the contents of a 4-bedroom home?
Absolutely. Our 20ft or 40ft sole-use containers are perfect for large family moves, securely shipping everything from your kids' toys to your dining table.
2. Do children need a visa?
If your children have a New Zealand passport, they will receive a Special Category Visa (SCV) upon arrival, just like adults.
3. Should we move before or after the school year starts?
The Australian school year starts in late January/early February. Moving in December or January allows your kids to start fresh with everyone else.
4. Will our Medicare cover our kids?
Yes, under the Reciprocal Health Care Agreement (RHCA), Kiwi families get instant access to Medicare for essential health services.
5. How long will our furniture take to arrive?
Generally 4 to 6 weeks from packing to delivery to your new home. Your Moving Manager will keep you updated every step of the way.
